Kilnbridge are a leading engineering and construction solutions business who undertake some of the most demanding and diverse construction projects in the UK. We are currently looking for a IT Analyst to join our IT Department. Our ideal candidate will have good organisation skills, excellent time management skills and work well in a team environment. Responsibility * Provide administration and support of secure and efficient IT, telephony, data, and intranet systems, which support the business needs of the organisation, including M365, Windows Server 2016-22, networking, IT Helpdesk (end-user support), cyber security, ongoing maintenance, system development and business continuity. * Provide support, planning, implementation, administration, and development of the organisations M365 tenancy and applications. * Support the development & implementation of new technologies by working with the wider business on system implementation strategies & deployment timelines. * Maintain and securely store data adhering to regulations * Contribute with modern thinking regarding Infrastructure technologies to improve the technology outlook of the business * Undertake defined support activities including performing Scheduled Maintenance (controlled upgrades and fixes), testing, problem diagnosis and Root-cause Analysis, resolving subsequent issues within agreed parameters. * Work to tight deadlines and be able to support a multi-location business. * Install and maintain new and existing software including fixes and patching. Educate users to a basic level of software operation, help resolve day-to-day issues, liaise with contracted external support * Maintain hardware, software and ensure all systems, files and data are healthy and fit for purpose Requirements Up to date knowledge of IT Regulations and GDPR Experience within the construction industry desired but not essential Previous IT Analytics experience Expert in Windows 10 and 11 OS and applications. Strong knowledge and understanding of M365 and the Azure platform Strong knowledge and understanding of Active Directory and Group policy Strong networking knowledge including VPN’s, site routing, DNS, and WI-FI technologies. Strong knowledge of security solutions including firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection Relevant Microsoft Qualifications
