Lead Developer/Staff Engineer

A leading fintech company is looking for an experienced Lead Developer/Staff Engineer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of developing and enhancing the existing codebase, with a focus on ultra-low latency systems.
• Rotate across various sub-teams, including Exchange, SRE, Analytics, and Crypto Custody, gaining exposure to different areas of the business.
• Lead technical initiatives while remaining deeply involved in coding and process management, ensuring high-quality outcomes from start to finish.

• Strong expertise in Core Java development with a deep understanding of low-latency concepts.
• Proficiency in concurrency, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
