About the job Solution Architect - £90,000 - Remote first, Cheshire - SaaS, CRM, ERP Role: Solution Architect Salary: £90,000 Contract: Full time, Perm Location: Remote first, 1x a month onsite in Cheshire The Role We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our clients professional services team, taking ownership of client solutions and their flagship product - You must have experience with SaaS based products. Who Are You Now? * You’re the go-to expert in your current role for a particular solution domain... whether that’s lawtech, insurance, claims, corporate law, debt recovery, or insolvency. Your expertise is backed by a proven record of designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions within that domain. * You know what "good" looks like, and you have a vision for what "truly excellent" could be. * A results-oriented “doer,” you’re hands-on when needed but also excel at leading teams. * Whether presenting to a board or designing process flows, you get things done. * You thrive on challenges and are motivated by creating unique, high-value solutions. * Excellence doesn’t come easy, and you’re up for the task. * You’re passionate about driving business change through technology, particularly with SaaS products. This is a diverse role that blends multiple disciplines: Consulting, split into 4 key areas: Implementation * Partner with clients to map their business processes and requirements * Maintain a strong delivery focus and ensure project timelines and estimates are met. * Guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from initial workshops through configuration and training. * Configure work types within the application, mentoring clients to enable them to do it independently. * Customise forms, workflows, and document templates in a low-code environment. * Support sales with product demonstrations and prototype development. Enterprise/Solution Architecture * Understand how the flagship SaaS product integrates with a client’s broader enterprise architecture, providing strategic guidance on integration and data architecture. Product Management * Leverage your deep understanding of customer needs to shape the product roadmap and contribute to core product design. Change Management * Ensure successful adoption of flagship SaaS product across our clients through training, mentoring, and advocacy. Want to find out more?
