Data Security Investigations Analyst

Data Security Analyst - We are looking a Data Analyst for this award winning, global TMC based in the City of London, paying up to £30ph, Hybrid London. Part of a team handling cases that arise around data security/data protection within the business. Work with various departments to collate and confirm events that occurred through evidence gathering. Collecting, processing, analysing, and disseminating data security assessments. Perform timeline analysis on logs from various sources. Identify anomalous network activity. Identify vulnerabilities. Prepare reports to present to legal/data privacy teams.Data Security Analyst Skills Required; General knowledge of cyber security. Skill in analysing information from multiple sources. Skill in performing data analysis. Skill in performing log file analysis. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Awareness of controls and frameworks best practices. Insight into threat detection and incident response. Basic knowledge of network architecture. Understanding of networks, systems, and software.Ideally you will have one of the following; CompTIA Security+ CompTIA CySA+ ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) GIAC Security EssentialsData Security Analyst Package Info This is a temporary position expected to last for 6 months A hybrid role with 1 day per week in their Central London office Paying £25-30 per hour DOE Don't keep a good thing to yourself We grow our business through referrals, so please don't keep us to yourself.
