Software Developer Stoke-on-Trent (Hybrid, 2 days in the office) £40,000 - £55,000 (React/TypeScript) We are looking for a Software Developer to join a collaborative full-stack team, working with React, TypeScript, and Golang to create low-latency, highly scalable solutions. You’ll contribute to developing new tools, improving existing ones, and migrating products to the cloud, all while maintaining best coding practices and collaborating with other teams. Key Responsibilities: Implement new features and tools to improve the development process Re-architect and migrate existing products to the cloud Support and enhance the current codebase while maintaining clean coding practices Collaborate with product owners and testing teams to ensure high-quality delivery Identify technical areas for improvement and contribute to solution proposals Preferred Skills & Experience: Commercial experience in web development, with expertise in React, TypeScript, or Golang Familiarity with Linux environments and high-volume transaction systems Experience in developing scalable, highly available solutions Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum If you’re looking for a role that challenges you, helps you grow, and allows you to work with the latest tech, this is the place for you.
