Project Administrator (Temporary)

Project Administrator required immediately by a leading business based in Coventry. £11.44ph rising to £12.25ph after 4 weeks. 5 days a week onsite. This temporary role is is currently forcasted to last until December 2024, however this could last longer or shorter based on business requirements. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Liaise with external/internal staff, project team and customers in relation to special projects from time of conception to project completion. Liaise with stock control in case of special projects/ assembly/ materials requirements. Communicate with all concerned parties - stock control, internal/ external sales, warehouse, fabrication in regards to time scheduling, project status, availability. Set up and maintain delivery schedules & project files through SAP & Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Perform all necessary project administration duties required. Deal with customer enquiries, orders, and queries competently & quickly. Manage day-to-day client interaction by phone, email and video conference as required. To undertake any other duties as required. To be suitable for this role, you must: Possess project administration experience. Be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP. Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, written and verbal in person and over the telephone. Be able to get onsite in Coventry 3 days a week.
