M365 Support Engineer / Consultant

We are looking to recruit an experienced M365 support engineer / M365 Consultant. This is a broad role in which you will work on configuration and deployment of M365, providing BAU support of M365 working on the delivery of change requests that impact the M365 environment. You will also be acting as an escallation points for M365 related incidents. In short you will play a pivitol role in creating, improving, and supporting the M365 environment in a way that adds real value. To be a success in this role you shouls be able to demonstrate an indepth knowledge of M365 with practical experience of providing 2nd line and ideally 3rd line support, Configuring, Deploying and Supporting M365. You will be working as part of a small specialist M365 team during a team of substantial investment and improvement in a role in which you can make a real contribution.
