Job Title: eLearning Developer

Job Type: Full time, Contract

Working Pattern: Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite

Day Rate: £300 per day, Outside IR35

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive eLearning modules tailored for healthcare training.
  • Collaborate with medical experts and other stakeholders to create accurate and engaging content.
  • Utilize authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
  • Ensure courses are SCORM compliant and accessible.
  • Test and troubleshoot eLearning content to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in eLearning development, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Use of Articulate: Rise/Storyline.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and healthcare training needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and creativity.
