Based near Knutsford, they serve the surrounding regions and are committed to delivering exceptional customer support using advanced systems. We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Knutsford. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line remote and on-site technical support, managing support tickets, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You will also promote IT services and collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will handle PC hardware repairs and system upgrades and provide technical advice to clients.
