Location: Mostly home-based working with West Midlands offices Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive product success. Lead Agile teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Align product development with customer needs, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and performance. Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to modernize and enhance our product suite. Work closely with internal cross-functional tech teams to plan and deliver future project roadmaps.Requirements: Strong track record in product management or ownership, particularly within the SaaS or data sectors. Well-versed in Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM, and have successfully led Agile teams. Confident in translating customer requirements into actionable product features and improvements. Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
