NET Developer (Backend) Orpington Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office). IntaPeople are helping an innovative London tech company to upscale their development team with a .Net developer. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with likeminded software engineers and influence substantial projects whilst developing your skills. The team operate in an Agile environment using a variety of tech stacks, allowing you to work with the latest technologies and continue to learn on the job. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of existing and new projects. You will be working collaboratively with a team of developers in producing quality software products utilising best practice methodology and technology. The client is seeking an open-minded problem solver with a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities… * You will maintain and update existing .NET applications with a focus on backend improvements. * You will enhance, maintain and develop new features for the company’s existing software products, researching and recommending new technologies and languages. * You will work closely with cross functional teams to understand requirements to deliver successful solutions. * You will develop, maintain and optimise SQL databases and queries. * You will be involved in code reviews. * You will work alongside and collaborate with front end developers to integrate user facing elements. About you… * Computer science degree or similar. * Experience with C# and VB.NET * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database design. * You will be familiar with Agile development methodologies. * You will have experience with Microsoft .NET, .NET Core. * You will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
