BMS Support Engineer If you are an experienced in Controls Software Engineering with Tridium AX & N4 experience and you are looking for real opportunity for job progression, the possibility of international travel, a challenging and rewarding position then you have found it. This role is offered as a permanent position. We are looking for a predominately site based BMS Support Engineer to provide service and support to our internal teams. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware solutions, primarily with Trend and Tridium BMS Systems. You will carry out maintenance and project works. This role is not a hybrid position, it is site based, in Hayes, West London with two weeks working core hours and then two weeks on call. You may have to travel to other sites, so a UK driving licence and transport is essential. Qualifications To be qualified for this position, you should hold qualifications in a relevant field (or time served), such as Controls Software Engineering or proven work experience as a Service Engineer, Field based Engineer / Technician, or similar Hands-on, customer facing role. Requirements * Tridium AX & N4 and Trend Experience - essential * Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products * Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues * Familiarity with remote desktop applications * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal * Occasional unsociable hours Job in brief – full brief will be supplied on application with a CV. BMS Support Engineer responsibilities include:- Regular maintenance, electrical problem solving, resolving network issues, configuring operating systems to provide immediate support. You will be the person our customers trust on site. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems. You will provide clear, verbal and written instructions and provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals where necessary. Working with the sub-contractors onsite to ensure the project stays on programme and the quality assurance is achieved at all times.
