Software Developer (MS Stack)

TRR have been commissioned to identify a Junior to Mid-Level Software Developer to join their ever growing client based in the East Midlands on a permanent basis. The role offers 50/50 hybrid work and has an excellent package with a starting base salary of £40 - £45k.  Job Role Part of the Software Development team you will be instrumental in helping to further the transformation of internally developed applications. Using modern toolsets within the MS Stack you would be a key player in the present and future applications and data landscape with fantastic opportunities for personal development. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain new and existing business applications in line with business requirements and associated control frameworks. Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. Working close with the project team including testing / design authority / project management, to ensure all work is completed to the required standard. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and procedures and suggest solutions. Actively participate in the remediation, optimisation, and improvement of present solutions, Creation of high quality functional and technical documentation Identify bugs and offer timely solutions. Re-engineer legacy in-house applications using modern toolsets and technologies    Experience Required: Ability to interpret and debug legacy code written in some of the following languages/environments: Visual Studio.Net, C#, WPF, ASP.Net, VB.NET REST, SSIS, TSQL , SPROCS. Ability to migrate/reengineer legacy code into more modern toolsets such as MS Dynamics, Power Apps, PowerFlow, Azure SQL, Low Code. Understand the working with API integrations and Data Lakehouse/Warehouse ELT processes using commercially available middleware systems Documentation skills Please share your CV for more information and a confidential chat
