Email Marketing Specialist
Hybrid (2 days a week on site in Manchester)
Salary - £35,000 to £40,000 per annnum.
I am looking for a Email Marketing Specialist to join an innovative tech start up on a mission to revolutionise the outdated financial services industry!
This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into 'head of' position, allowing you to shape the email marketing campaignes into exacly how you see fit and manage a team within the next year.
This role is all about creating and sending email campaigns to engage customers and boost business growth. You'll be using HubSpot to design and send out targeted emails, making sure the right people get the right messages.
You'll work with different teams (like tech, marketing, and customer care) to plan these campaigns and make them as effective as possible. Alongside this, you will track how well the emails are performing and improve the strategy based on what works best.
You will need experience in:
- Proficiency in HubSpot for managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, personalisation, and A/B testing.
- Proven experience in managing and optimising email campaigns, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance regulations.
