The Position
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with customers, helping to reach full utilisation of the SaaS platform and offerings. Utilising your German speaking proficiency, you will be tasked with driving opportunity for expansion and growth within your existing customers, highlighting opportunities for the wider sales division.
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluency in German
- 4 years' experience of Customer Success experience, working within the SaaS industry.
- Strong track record of metrics - health score, retention, and expansion.
- Previous experience managing a team (this can be outside CS)
- Strong customer engagement skills, building rapport and effective communication, providing first class service delivery to all customers.
