Success in this role means contributing to key HR performance metrics while making a measurable impact within your assigned business units. As a senior member of the People Team and under the guidance of the Chief People Officer, you'll collaborate closely with your colleagues and senior business leaders. Success in this role requires high exposure with C-Suite stakeholders - this is a strategic role that would lead the people strategy on behalf of a global, growing client group of up to 3000 employees.Your Day-to-Day Role Will Include: Strategic partnering with business unit leads and relevant board members to provide expert guidance on people-related matters, pulling in specialist support when needed to deliver exceptional employee experiences. Aligning HR strategies with business goals to ensure organisational success, while tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of these initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, coaching, advising, and influencing them to drive engagement and performance. Championing broader HR initiatives and ensuring they are effectively embedded across the organisation.Key Skills and Experience We Value: A background in HR Business Partnering, particularly within fast-moving, dynamic industries (ideally tech), with experience working internationally and entering new markets. Experience partnering with expansive global client groups in a fast-paced and high-growth organisation. Proven experience in crafting and executing HR strategies and partnering with senior leaders to drive impactful HR agendas. Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
