Project Manager (Interim)

Project Manager - Remote/hybrid - Cheshire - 6 months contract - We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a fantastic automotive business on a 6 month interim bases (covering maternity leave) who are on a significant growth journey.  They are masters in their field and are all about technical innovation and creating a seamless customer experience.  They have an excellent culture, fostering collaboration and inclusivity throughout the business. They’re looking for a Project Manager to join their Operations/Maintenance team who'll be accountable for steering projects to successful outcomes against agreed deliverables and goals and support their growth programme.  We're looking for people with: Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational and coordination skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Project Management tools and methodologies. Ability to negotiate compromise between stakeholders with competing needs and priorities. Plus, experience in: Coordinating internal resources and third parties for successful execution of projects. Process improvement project delivery Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Facilitating the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. Developing project plans to monitor and track progress. Steering projects to a successful outcome by managing Tasks, Risks, Issues and Dependencies. Managing changes to project scope / schedule / cost, ensuring appropriate buy in and agreement is secured before reflecting the change in the project.
