The Role Data is what makes this company tick and they are looking for an individual to join their data team to help understand performance at a deeper level across the different marketing channels. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining the marketing channel reporting suite for the ecommerce side of the business. They will work with colleagues across the marketing department to understand reporting requirements and ensure these are met. The role requires a commercial mind with strong knowledge of the various marketing channels typical for an ecommerce business, along with Google Analytics experience. What you need to apply for the role Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field Highly motivated with a desire to succeed Proven ability to work well within a team and to use own initiative Self-starter with the ability to find solutions independently An energy and enthusiasm to succeed Ability to adapt to frequent change and a fast-paced environment Outstanding loyalty and commitment to the businessSkillset Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) is essential, ideally gained in a B2C E-commerce environment Significant experience working with large and complex data sets, across multiple systems/platforms Proven track record in marketing analysis and presenting compelling insights from complex datasets Understanding of GTM set up and how website tags collect data and how to troubleshoot data discrepancies SQL experience would be an advantage to the role, as this would allow the successful applicant to access the data directly from our data warehouse themselves. However, it is not a direct requirement.
