Junior Buyer - IT

We are Global IT Recruitment specialist that provides support to the clients across UK, and Europe.

Job Title: Jr. IT Buyer
Location: Central London, Telford, Manchester, Birmingham (Hybrid - initially 1 day per month onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract initially

Job Specs:

• Tactical sourcing and direct purchases of IT products from manufacturers and preferred vendors will fall within the responsibility of the buyer.
• There will be interactions with vendors, client accounts, and procurement colleagues.
• It's crucial to have prior experience buying IT goods and services.

What you'll need to succeed:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Negotiation skills
• Budget management
• Stakeholder management
• Time management
• Contracts management/Commercial awareness
• Hands-on experience in MS Office suite; particularly with Excel
• Experience with tools such as Oracle (GPS), SAP eSourcing or any similar tools
• Enthusiastic, energetic and comes with a good attitude
