DK Recruitment are seeking a 2nd Line Engineer Engineer on behalf of our client based in Truro. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Managed Service Provider who offer great career progression alongside extensive training to excel in your IT career. Duties/Technical Skills Supporting customers on the service desk on a daily basis including automated faults resolution, customer reported fault resolution Strong communications skills and an ability to talk with customers at all levels with a good clear and friendly telephone manner Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details You will be working with the following technologies: • Microsoft Server Operating Systems & Windows Desktop • Apple Mac Desktops and laptops • Microsoft-Office 365 • Firewalls, Switches and managed WiFi • Hyper-V & VMWare • Microsoft 365 Exchange • Microsoft 365 SharePoint • VoIP phone systems • Microsoft Azure • Amazon Web Services • Dell SANs and Storage • CCTV systems • Physical Cabling and Networking HQ: Truro/Cornwall Must have driving licence and own vehicle.
