Project Co-Ordinator

Concept are currently recruiting for 4 Project Coordinators to work for a leading technology organisation supporting a retail client with a printer migration project You will be responsible for any day to day needs to keep the project organised and running smoothly. What will your day-to-day activities as a Project Coordinator involve? Managing and booking resource Checking in with engineers Managing timesheet submissions Dealing with any issues or escalations Sign off management General administrative tasks What are we looking for? Candidates with a strong Project Coordinator background dealing with engineers / end clients Candidates must be organised and confident when speaking to customers Laptop/phone provided Working Hours 3 Project Co-Ordinators are required to work evening shifts Saturday to Wednesday 8pm - 6am 1 Project Co-Ordinator is required to work day shifts Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm What's on offer?
