IT Technician-Inside IR35-Must have current Enhanced DBS

Our client a School in Raynes Park require an IT Technician for 6 weeks initially. This is an IT Technician role providing 1st/2nd line support. An in-depth understanding of the software and equipment employees are using. ? An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels. ? Broad software knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace etc.). ? Supporting users on a technical basis in the use of Windows based networks. ? Within a technical support environment, preferably in a school. ? Installing, configuring, maintaining, & repairing computer hardware & software. ? With tablet and mobile devices. ? Familiarity with Android, Apple and Microsoft technologies. ? Communicating effectively with adults & children
