Workforce Systems Lead

Your new company I am currently working exclusively for a Public Sector Client who are looking to urgently bring in an experienced Workforce Systems Lead to join their Workforce and Organisational Development department. The Role: Type: Contract (3+ months) Day Rate: £360 - £410 p/d inside IR35 Location: London Hybrid: 2/3 days on-site What you'll need to succeed Key experience they're looking for include: HR systems subject matter expert Experience in project management of system deployment with proven delivery of complex projects Experience of managing an end to-end implementation of an HR System Technical and practical experience of implementing HR systems Team Management Experience working with ESR (Electronic Staff Records)Ideal Skills/knowledge they're looking for include the following: Excellent technical systems knowledge Have an understanding of Change Management, Human Resource Management and Communication Highly skilled in use of translating business processes into workflows within systems Able to write reports.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
