This technology solutions company is part of a global group specialising in delivering smart solutions to solve business challenges and create value. With over 20 years of experience, they have a presence in multiple countries and operate several delivery centres worldwide. Your role within the IT function will be to support the internal business and make sure IT operations run efficiently. You'll be working with colleagues across the globe with the role being based in the UK. About the role: Follow up with various IT departments, supporting calls and tickets Troubleshooting IT-Related issues on various hardware applications Working with both Apple and Windows devices Run diagnostics tests to modify or repair various hardware technologies Deploy, Install, Maintain and upgrade IT Coordinate with various departments when issues arise. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager £35,000-£40,000 Base Salary About You 2+ years of experience in Help desk / Support Eager to learn and develop skills Strong communication skills Enjoys working independently and within a team
