Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer sought to join the IT department of an award-winning, national recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands. This is a permanent, full-time role based fully onsite at the company’s Meriden office. The Role: As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play an important role in developing and implementing in-house application solutions, working closely with both business and technical teams to build, maintain, and enhance our systems. Your key duties will include: * Front-End: Use technologies like Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop engaging user interfaces * Back-End: Use C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and cloud platforms e.g. Azure to develop effective processing and storage solutions * Develop and maintain robust web applications that ensure high performance and scalability * Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy innovative solutions * Keep up to date with latest industry trends / best practices, adopting new technologies as required * Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement The successful Full Stach Developer should demonstrate: * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant discipline * At least 3 years’ experience in Full Stack Developer roles * Front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Back-end technologies: C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server * Experience of using Azure or similar cloud platforms is highly desirable * Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail * Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Benefits: * £40,000 - £65,000 salary depending on experience * 32 days holiday rising with service to 37 max including bank holidays * Comprehensive training and mentoring with opportunities for personal and professional growth * 9am-5.30pm Mon to Thursday, 9am-5pm Friday * Flexible work arrangements * Free onsite parking (includes electric charging points) * Nest Pension * Access to discounts app * Subsidised bistro * Indoor gym * Squash court and recreation area * A collaborative and inclusive work culture Full Stack Developer Meriden, Coventry, Warwickshire £40,000 – £65,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits
