Role Overview: The Senior IT Technician is responsible for providing exceptional technical services to internal staff. This role involves both proactive and reactive support measures to ensure reliable technical assistance, with a significant focus on managing and optimizing Office 365 for seamless organizational integration. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver dependable technical support through hands-on implementation of effective solutions. * Manage and optimize Office 365, ensuring its seamless integration and utilization across the organization. * Lead critical projects to enhance the company's internal systems, with an emphasis on leveraging Office 365 capabilities. * Collaborate with technical personnel to provide superior and resilient IT services. Qualifications and Skills: * Extensive expertise in Office 365 administration and security, with a solid technical background. * Proficient in the Office 365 application suite, including Azure, Intune, and Power Apps, and End-User Computing. * Effective communication skills for engaging with IT users and suppliers, catering to various technical understanding levels. * Strong organizational skills for managing daily tasks and project responsibilities. * Commitment to continuous learning, embracing new technologies, and refining existing skills. * Dedicated to customer satisfaction, ensuring timely and top-quality IT support. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone manner. * Flexibility to adapt and work outside regular hours when necessary. * Stay updated with current IT trends and advancements to maintain industry awareness.
