2nd Line Service Desk Engineer - Milton Keynes - £35k pa Our Milton Keynes based MSP client are looking for a 2nd Line Service desk Engineer to join their expanding team. Your responsibilities will be: * Handle tasks related to installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 OS on laptops and desktops. * Perform server OS administration. * Work with RDS, Citrix, and Hyper-V. * Provide support for smartphones (Android & iOS), tablets (Android & iOS), printers, scanners, copiers, and other hardware. * Administer Office365, including user account creations, Azure AD, Exchange, etc. * Manage Microsoft products such as Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MFA. * Handle backup technologies and antivirus/security products. * Perform cable patching and work with remote access tools. * Utilise ITSM tools for efficient service delivery. It is expected that you will have at least 5 years experience working within a dynamic environment, ideally with an MSP or a multi sited environment using and working with the above skill sets.
