Senior IT Technician

We're recruiting a Senior IT Technician to join a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Glassgow city centre. This is a hybrid role, offering a mixture of remote work, on-site support, and visits to client sites. The position offers a dynamic mix of project work and escalated ticket support, perfect for someone looking to advance their career in IT. Senior IT Technician Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid) £30,000 - £40,000 The Role As a Senior IT Technician, you'll handle 2nd and 3rd line support, providing solutions to complex technical issues and working on various IT projects. You'll be responsible for server management, network configuration, and working closely with clients on system implementations. A driving license is preferred for occasional client visits, but not essential.
