Scrum Master

Scrum Master Location: Birmingham - Hybrid Salary: up to 60k At Khuda Technology, we have partnered with an MSP to find a talented Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure and Infrastructure as Code, as well as a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. Responsibilities: * Oversee multiple engineering teams to ensure efficient project execution and delivery. Organize work into backlogs, manage task assignments, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment while promoting SCRUM and Agile practices. * Actively participate in stakeholder meetings to gather project requirements and understand project scope. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives and expectations are met. * Possess a strong understanding of Azure and Infrastructure as Code principles. Collaborate with solution architects to ensure the team adheres to best practices and successfully completes technical tasks. * Use ServiceNow to manage projects and track progress effectively. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including change management and request handling, to maintain operational standards. * Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and streamline project workflows. Document procedures to support various business areas and aim to establish a standardized approach to project execution. Qualifications: * Experience in project management or business analysis with a background in development. * Strong technical knowledge of Azure and Infrastructure as Code. * Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL processes. Skills/Experience: * Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and team members. * Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Ability to define and improve processes to achieve operational excellence. * Any Azure certification (excluding AZ-900). * Project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) certification.
