We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer for an exciting contract position based in the beautiful region of South Wales. Our client is a leading engineering company specialising in Aerospace technology, and they require your expertise to work on their latest project.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Injection Moulding Experience- Candidates must possess experience working with injection moulding processes.
SolidWorks Proficiency - We prefer candidates who can demonstrate proficiency using SolidWorks as our clients use this software extensively throughout their projects.
Aerospace Knowledge - A sound knowledge base regarding aerospace technologies will be advantageous since you'll be expected to understand complex designs that meet these requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing detailed designs using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools such as solid works
- Liaising closely with colleagues during all stages from conceptualisation through testing & manufacturing phases
- Collaborating effectively across departments by conveying technical information related to project requirements
Rate:
The rate offered for this role falls outside IR35 and is dependant upon experience.
