Warehouse Operative

Location: Redditch Shift: Mon to Fri 08:30 to 17:00 We are looking for experienced warehouse operative to work in our Warehouse facility based in Redditch. The Warehouse operative’s job is to ensure that stock is stored in the right place and the right amount of stock is ready for collection when it is needed. Duties Include but not limited to: Prime Role * To complete all work assigned in a timely professional manner. * Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. * Scanning in /out of parcels. * Completes reports by entering required information. * Loading goods for dispatch (some jobs may include delivery). * Taking delivery of goods and supplies. * Checking for damaged or missing item. * Moving stock around by hand or using lifting gear. * Complete deliveries by driving truck/van. * To have the ability to complete the work set with the highest standard possible. whilst representing Microteam at the most professional level. * Ensuring cost effective delivery of service. * To be flexible and pragmatic in their approach to the work assigned. * Adaptive and flexible approach to hours. * To be able to work as part of a team or as an individual. * To maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. * Adhere, at all times, to company policies and procedures. * Forming / developing good relationships with work colleagues.
