Software Engineer - Java AND Perl - Securities Trading - London
A Java Engineer is required by a Global Consulting firm to work on an important Securities Trading Platform at a well known Global Financial Services Client. This is an initial 6 month contract under umbrella OR LIMITED (Inside IR35) paying a day rate up to £600.
We are looking for an experienced Java Engineer with extremely strong PERL Scripting who has previously worked on a Securities (Bonds or Equities) trading platform.
The role is 80% engineering with about 20% support
Your role will be to assist the team in making changes to the Invest Banking Clients Global Platforms and its surrounding systems.
You must be comfortable with automation Scripting
Key Skills
- Strength and depth in BOTH Java and Perl
- Prior experience with a Securities Trading Platform.
- Automation Scripting
In return you will be offered an initial 6 month contract that will have longevity beyond the initial contract, offering £600 a day Inside of IR35.
