You will be responsible for: * Addressing advanced service inquiries * Oversee all technical issues efficiently, keeping clients informed on developments * Assisting the Technical Team * Guarantee prompt and efficient resolution of client inquiries; track the status of tasks assigned to the Technical Team * Supervise clients’ IT infrastructure using monitoring tools * Timely escalate issues when necessary You will need: * Previous experience in a technical service/helpdesk support role * Knowledge and experience of supporting the Microsoft product portfolio * Outstanding customer service skills
