This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with 1-2 days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to gather and analyse their requirements, ensuring the delivery of tailored and effective ServiceNow solutions. Platform Configuration:Leverage your expertise to design, configure, and deploy various ServiceNow modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, and ITSM, in line with client needs. Independent Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges proactively, using your experience to provide solutions with minimal guidance. Optional Scripting Skills: While not mandatory, having scripting knowledge will enhance the quality of the solutions you create.
