Role Overview: My client is seeking a talented Junior to Mid-Level PHP Developer to contribute to the development of web applications and APIs. The successful candidate will work closely with senior developers, product managers, and designers to build robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities: *Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain PHP-based web applications. *Writing clean, efficient, and reusable code that follows best practices. *Assisting in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance. *Contributing to the design and architecture of scalable systems. *Keeping up with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure best practices are maintained. Requirements: *1-3 years of experience in PHP development (or equivalent academic projects/internships for junior candidates). *Familiarity with PHP frameworks (such as Laravel, Symfony). *Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture. *Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). *Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. *Knowledge of version control systems (Git). *Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. *Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Nice to Have (but not required): *Experience with front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular). *Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. *Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud). *Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
