IT Support Technician | Windows 2nd line BAU Support, Hardware Support, Mobile phones | SC Clearance: Must have Active SC Clearance to be considered for this position at this time The role: We are currently wokring with a Tech Consultancy, who are looking for two SC Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineers to provide BAU Support and Hardware break/fix for one of their clients in Derby. Key Information: Duration: 6 months - very highly likely extensions. Pay: Circa £170 - £180 per day Inside IR35 Location: On site in Derby 5 days per week. Start Date: ASAP Circa 7.5 working hours per day The Key Requirements: Proven experience in IT Service environment Ideally certified in appropriate technologies, Dell and Windows to support business strategy Provide IT Break/Fix Support (1st, 2nd line) Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met. Ensure Department/Contract meets SLA performance targets Supporting Dell and HP kit, docking stations, keyboards, mice Windows 10/11 environment MS Outlook & Office 2016 Software Installation & some App support that comes with it. Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract Understand and adhere to policies and procedures Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels If you have have SC clearance and meet the above requirements, we'd love to hear from you!
