Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain robust financial applications using the OutSystems platform. * Collaborate with financial analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope tailored to the finance industry. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices in application development. * Optimize application performance and implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data. * Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in low-code development within financial contexts. * Stay up-to-date with OutSystems updates and industry trends to enhance our financial solutions. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on OutSystems, particularly in finance or fintech. * Proficiency in OutSystems Platform (OS 11 or higher) and related technologies. * Experience with financial systems, data analytics, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR). * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
