Data Architect 6 months+ Remote Inside IR35 SC Clearance Required The Opportunity Opportunity to work on an exciting Project with cutting edge technology, working fully remotely with longevity. Initial 6month contract with good chance of further extensions. Experience ? Cloud Computing Platforms AWS (Proficiency in services like S3, EC2, Lamda, Redshift, RDS, EMR Cluster and IAM) ? Programming Languages (PySpark, Python) ? Big Data Processing Frameworks (Spark) ? Data Modelling ? Database Management and Advanced skill of SQL ? ETL Process tools such as Apache, AWS Glue ? BIG Data Technologies Familiar with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, SQS and DTO for processing large datasets ? Data Pipeline and Workflow Management ? Knowledge of Data Security best practice including encryption, access control ? Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) ? DevOps and CI/ CD Understanding of CI/ CD pipelines, containerization (Docker) ? Proficiency in using version control system like Git ? Able to work within an agile environment ? Able to communicate complex technical processes ? Experience with monitoring and logging tools like AWS Cloud watch, Prometheus, Grafana. ? Ability to optimize data pipelines and storage solutions for performance and cost efficiency.
