Day-to-day of the role: Develop and implement new features to enhance site functionality. Continuously refine and optimize current functionalities for peak performance. Uphold the highest standards of site security and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Collaborate with the team to streamline and automate processes, improving efficiency. Work closely with the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer on new projects and initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Degree in Computer Science or relevant industry experience. Experience with Linux/Apache platforms is advantageous. Familiarity with AWS - Cloud Computing is beneficial. Proficiency with Photoshop or other photo editing software is desirable. Knowledge of Gulp is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive in seeking solutions and initiating improvement. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks and adapt to changing needs.
