PMO Coordinator / Agile Transformation Programme - Outside IR35 Contract - Hybrid / London

We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity with a leading financial services company launching a new Dynamics (F&O) program. This contract position is designed to support the Programme Manager and project business owners by coordinating, tracking, and reporting on various workstreams throughout the project. The role requires close collaboration with the project team to gather data and uphold project governance standards.

As a PMO Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of project information, assisting with resource management, and supporting project delivery by providing valuable insights. The role requires at least three days on-site in London. This role doesn't require experience with D365; it's for a PMO coordinator who is comfortable collaborating with technical teams and managing complex projects within complex organisations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project scheduling, resource planning, and task coordination
  • Maintain and update project plans, documentation, and reports in alignment with PMO processes
  • Prepare regular status reports for management and key stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to project governance standards and frameworks
  • Track project performance against established KPIs and objectives
  • Collect and analyse project-related data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project efficiency
  • Track and report on project budgets, costs, and resource utilisation across various projects
  • Manage resource allocation across projects to ensure efficient use
  • Monitor and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
  • Support project managers in developing risk mitigation strategies and maintaining risk logs
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of PMO processes and tools by providing feedback and suggestions
  • Assist in creating templates, guides, and other resources to support best practices in project management
    Essential Skills and Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in a project support, coordination, or PMO role
    • Experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile
    • Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana, Dev Ops
    • PRINCE2 Foundation, or other relevant certifications are advantageous
      Contract Details:
      • Day rate: £375 per day
      • IR35 status: Outside IR35
      • Contract length: 6 months
      • Location: Hybrid / London (4 days per week essential)
