Working for a truly fantastic employer in Liverpool, they are seeking a Senior Web Manager to join their team and cover maternity leave. It's an exciting time to join the team as there's a number of projects on the go which you'll have the chance to be a part of. You'll be managing a team of 2, working closely with the wider Marketing and Comms team, and will have the opportunity to make a big difference during this exciting period.
So what will you be doing day to day?
* You will be responsible for ensuring their digital presence aligns with their revamped brand identity offering an engaging and seamless online experience.
* As part of the transition to the new website, you'll be experienced in managing the day-to-day maintenance of the existing website to ensure requests are being delivered on time and in scope.
* Deliver a new website rebuild in collaboration with senior stakeholders and a 3rd party agency
* Manage the web team, overseeing deliverables and ensuring structured appraisal and development plans
* Develop and execute robust UAT plans, ensuring all developments meet both internal requirements and user needs
* Develop, manage and maintain the website via CMS in conjunction with digital agencies where relevant
* Act as a web custodian, manage, maintain and enforce all website permissions and processes
* Oversee web service and support requests from internal teams, ensuring all enquiries are actioned to best practice within agreed SLA’s
* Ownership of the website – working closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd party agencies to maintain the existing website functionality & UX, optimising performance & evolving the site in-line with business & market needs
* Work as part of the wider BD&M team on projects, providing insight and delivering necessary outputs to benefit team goals
* Oversee website data collection, collaborating with key stakeholders and 3rd parties to maintain compliance
Requirements
What skills and experience will you need?
* Proven experience managing and developing websites
* Working with Drupal and Umbraco
* Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with third party support
* Project management experience
* Experience managing 3rd party agency relationships
* A minimum of 3 years website management experience
* Working knowledge of SEO (delivered directly or with 3rd party agency support)
* Well-practiced in UAT
* Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
* Flexibility in approach and a willingness to work outside normal office hours, if required

* CIM qualification (The Chartered Institute of Marketing) or IDM (Institute of Data and Marketing
