HCM Oracle Fusion Improvement Specialist

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Oracle Fusion HCM Improvement Specialist on a Contract basis. This role works across both the Council's Oracle Cloud Implementation and Oracle Support Teams. The aim of the programme is Improve the Council's Oracle Cloud Fusion system. About the role: Based in London (Remote): Support the Oracle Improvement Programme and Oracle Support Team by providing highly skilled Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM support, maintenance & development. Manage HCM module configuration, and problem analysis / resolution for complex application problems, in conjunction with the user and external application or service suppliers where necessary. Improve HCM module functionality and performance, provide suggestions for system and business improvements. Work with users to design and implement more effective business processes Analyse user processes and produce data and process flow diagrams as well as reports and recommendations for improvements.About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM improvements Experience in module configuration, support and testing for Oracle Fusion. Experience analysing user needs and requirements, mapping processes and documenting the results.
