Desktop Support Engineer

Desktop Engineer Our client is looking for a Desktop Engineer to join ASAP on a 3-month contract, with a view to renew long term thereafter. The role will be Hybrid working and Outside IR35. Candidates must have a Drivers licence and be prepared to travel to other sites of required. Expenses will be reimbursed. Outside IR35 Hybrid working Key Skills/Responsibilities Prevous experience in a similiar 2nd Line / Desktop role Mobile Device Management (Airwatch) In-Tune  Telephony Desktop – creation of images through imaging software/software roll out Citrix - Netscaler AV – take control of updates and installations Overview of Support Desk – working alongside the IT manager to ensure support tickets are meeting SLAs.
