We are a central team that cuts across all the sales geos and service lines and are responsible for bringing home the large deals. Our team is largely composed of high performing industry stalwarts, who have experiences exceeding 2 decades in the industry. With an aim to bring new talent into the team, we have crafted the role for the pursuit excellence team. The vision for this squad is to groom the talent pool in the organization to be adept at all the skills required in a deal pursuit cycle. As a part of the pursuit excellence team, the candidate would be responsible for * Working hand in glove with the Deal Directors on high impact deliverables in the large deal pursuit cycle, thereby sharpening your deal shaping acumen * Ensuring that the there are no slippages in SOP by exceptional program management skills, especially for critical stakeholders like the CXOs of TechM * Ownership of multiple threads in a pursuit involving deal qualification, deal strategy creation, exec summary creation, commercials & contracts, and Win/Los root cause analysis * Having an eagle’s eye on SLA adherence by means of proactive supervision on bid management, escalations and other contingencies
