You will ideally have had previous experience as a communication Engineer Your role Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Videoconferencing Oriented Incidents Respond to specific hardware or application requests. Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis. Ensure the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure. Management of local team and sharing of skills. Your skills and experience Advanced knowledge of Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx.), Webex, and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip ...) Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSan Storage Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols and WAN/LAN and security as well as system administration and PC environment would be a plus. Team Management/ People Skills. Your security clearance Security Check (SC) Clearance To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
