Software Development Manager

This is a new, Hybrid role for an experienced Software Development Manager from a Software Development background to lead, mentor, and get the best out of a small team of Developers whilst overseeing the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to testing and deployment. This could also be a great step up for a strong Development Team leader. This is a Hybrid role requiring occasional travel to attend on-site meetings offering a genuine commitment to a great work life balance. The business environment uses predominantly Microsoft technologies including C#, D365, .Net MVC, React, SQL Server, Azure, etc. The team develops software solutions and applications that really make a difference to people’s lives giving your role a real sense of purpose. They are working on new, exciting, and innovative bespoke applications with accessibility at their heart including greater use of AI technology. This is a full-time, permanent vacancy offering a competitive salary and benefits package including 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, 35 hour’ working week, and an excellent pension scheme.
