Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Rainham Steel Co Ltd, Essex, RM13 9PF
Salary: £45,000 - £49,000 per annum depending on experience

As a result of ongoing growth and expansion, Rainham Steel a leading UK steel stockholder requires an experienced mechanical engineer to work at our Rainham, Essex depot. The role:

'-Reporting to the operations manager'-Hydraulic system installation, diagnosis and repair'-Electrical system installation, diagnosis and repair'-Welding (Mig,Arc), cutting and fabrication skills'-Fault finding and rectification'-Periodic service and maintenance'-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment conditions'-Flexible to do paid overtime when necessary'-Basic working hours 8am - 5.30pm, 42.5 hour Per week
The Candidate:
-
'-Proven experience in maintenance within a production environment'-Competent in mechanical repairs and maintenance, including bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics and welding'-Ability to communicate with a wide range of people'-Able to work in a fast-paced pressurised environment'-You must have a good command of the English language'-Must be a good time keeper.
