Act as a key point of escalation for clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues swiftly. Mentor and guide your team, helping them achieve their full potential. Create and maintain detailed project plans, managing resources and tasks to ensure timely delivery. Handle project costs, monitor budgets, and keep all stakeholders up to date with progress. Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project milestones are met on time. Manage client expectations, document scope changes, and ensure any new charges are approved before proceeding. Take ownership of any issues that arise, leading them to resolution and keeping stakeholders informed. What We’re Looking For: Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications with a deep understanding of project management methodologies. A strong technical background, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks. Experience in managing complex projects, handling issues, and building mitigation plans to prevent delays or cost overruns. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead client meetings and ensure their satisfaction at every stage. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines under pressure. Desirable Skills: Strong time management and reliability.
