What You'll Do: * Design, develop, test, and document new systems using C#/.NET 8 and SQL backend. * Maintain and enhance existing applications. * Translate business needs into technical specifications. * Research and recommend cutting-edge solutions for the healthcare sector. * Manage projects effectively, delivering high-quality work on time. * Lead a talented development team, fostering collaboration and innovation. * Champion new technologies that improve client experience and efficiency. We're Looking For: * A team player with a passion for helping others. * A degree or equivalent qualification in computer programming. * Experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and related technologies. * Strong SQL Server and Microsoft Visual Studio expertise. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. * A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.
