Lead Engineer

Job Title: Lead Engineer / Engineer Location: Central London Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week) Salary: Competitive Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Lead Engineer / Engineer to join our cloud migration team. This critical role involves overseeing the migration of over 120 microservices to AWS and collaborating on the development of new cloud-based solutions. You will lead architectural design, guide engineering practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and assist in the architectural design and migration strategy for microservices to AWS. * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with business objectives. * Participate in the development and deployment of microservices on AWS. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in cloud technologies and DevOps methodologies. * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
